Ford 445 3 pt hitch not working

Hey Everyone I am new to the forum and hope you guys can help.

A couple of weeks ago the hydraulic tube from my rear hydraulic pump (mounted on the side of the engine) to the back blew while I was bush hogging. After replacing the tube the rear hydraulics do not work. I have filled up the reservoirs with Hydraulic fluid. I have tried to bleed air out the lines and the pump but have not had any success. The 3 pt hitch does not move at all when I try to raise it with the lever. I am new to tractors and feel like I might be missing something simple. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you prime the pump? It takes a couple tries but they usually start back up fairly easy. The pump runs the remotes and the 3pt so you’re dead in the water until you get it working again.

I have not had a lot of time to work on this but I could still use some advice. I have refilled the hydraulic fluid. When I prime the pump by using air pressure into the tank the arms come up and stay up. I can remove the air pressure and the arms will stay up as long as the tractor is running. If at any point I lower the arms by lowering the control lever I cannot lift the arms back up. If I raise the lever back up as the arms are lowering they will stop lowering and hold their location but will not raise back up.

I am at a loss does any one have any idea what my problem might be and possible solutions.
