Ford 4500 industrial rear tire size question

I've got a 4500 industrial with a flat and mangled rear 16.9-28. There's a set of decent used 16.9-30s close to me for really reasonable price. I don't get tire sizing that well but is it possible to mount these on the same wheels? This is just a Farm backhoe for the occasional project. Which I could use right about now lol.

16.9 is the section width of your tires the 28 is the rim size in inchs.
So no the 16.9-30 will not fit your rims they are made for 30" in diameter rims.
