Shoot man I was just trying to think positive for you, I don't know much about injector pumps. On my dads dozer the mechanic fixed the cheap part, changed the oil and thought it was all fixed. 2 hours later the oil was full of diesel again and my ol' man wasn't too happy. He just had the injector pump rebuilt last year and it has less than 10 hours on it. We shall see what happens now, if he has to pay the entire rebuild again or if it has any kind of warranty. So he's already out $250 plus the first pump $800ish, now it's a pump again and another oil change. It's amazing how a diesel motor can eat you alive if it needs repaired.
Glad you got yours fixed for the cheap though, that's always good news!
