Ford 5000 clutch will not disengage

I have a 69 english made 5000 and suddenly my clutch won't disengage. It had only been a week since last used and everything was fine. What can I do short of breaking it in half?

Did you happen to change the oil recently? I know some transmissions don't like synthetic oil and the clutch plates will stick together. Try changing the oil.
If the tractor is stored outside check to see if there is any water in the oil that found its way into the transmission.
