Ford 5000 lift issue

Lift arm will not lift I can pick up freely, pto does work! which valve could be acting up? thanks

Does it have fel.if not there is a relief valve on the cylinder block that will get stuck or a blown o-ring where the lift top sits down the best i remember it has been a while sense worked on one . If got fel there is a valve under the set (not all have them)that I have seen get moved by getting on and off tractor bumping it with there leg and moving the valve

I figured it out it was the bypass valve and the u loader valve was stuck
