I've been a member for a while and feel terrible that the only input I provide is when I have a question, and in this case.... I'm completely stumped.
A little background. Over the past 4 years I have completely rebuilt my fathers old Ford 5000 (5200 row crop) from the ground up. One of the issues we previously had with this tractor was the hydraulics, or lack there of. With the factory single spool I was always limited on implement control. I knew when I decided to rebuild that I was going to up my available hydraulics so I could run somewhat modern implements. I purchased a PB plate from Tisco and soon saw that it wasn't designed to go on the platform tractors. After some head scratching I was determined to make it work. The issue being that there wasn't enough clearance for it to fit. I did some cutting, grinding, and welding and ended up making it fit. On the rowcrop version of these tractors, the hydraulics are different from the utility version. The remotes were relocated to the rear (under the seat) via a block made out of unobtainium. It leaked so I painfully replaced the steel lines with welded on fittings and hoses. I then added a power beyond block on top of the block sandwiched between the factory spool valve. I've added a few pictures to hopefully explain better.
5200 hydraulic block relocation assembly (not mine, from a google image search)

My current setup

The problem I'm having now is, and I know this is strange, I can't get the 3 point hitch to raise unless I open a spool on the loader valve.... I have everything plumbed correctly. I'm certain that the factory flow route is spool, then 3ph. The 3ph should be the last to receive flow. So what is my problem here....
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
