Ford 550 backhoe loader
A friend has an old 550 that he brought to me to use, in return I told him I would do some work on it for him.
He didn't give much for this thing, barely scrap metal price a few years ago. It fires right up, and is pretty strong. However it is slap wore out, the boom pins and bushings and
The controls have about a mile of movement.

Not sure on the exact year model, he thinks around an 83 or so.
For the backhoe controls it has the two sticks that control everything.
Engine is a 3cyl diesel.
As for the swing, it has a "motor" looking contraption that moves the boom, no chain or cylinder. This thing leaks pretty bad.

I have searched in google for parts, but have not had much luck.

Where can I get the Bronze bushings for the controls?
I can make some, but if they are pretty cheap then I would just buy them.

Also, when digging or moving in reverse, it sounds like the transmission starts growling. Especially in reverse, it will choak the engine down if you don't press the clutch in. After pushing it in, it will do right for a few feet then do it again. I did add oil to trans, seemed to help but it was leaking out the brake rod boots really bad, I did find those on the net.

Any help appreciated.
