1986 Ford 5610 11
New member here. This is a very good forum with unlimited amount of info, with that being said, i will say thanks in advance to everyone involved. I picked up a, "from all info i have found", 1986 Ford 5610-ll, here is tractor info.
Tractor # C760978
Mod. #LA414C
Unit #6E6E
Engine #6D9A
Trans. #6D09B
Rear axel #5M10B
Hyd. pump #6D2B
Hyd. lift #6C14B

I have a manual in route and was fixing the little things that i know of, needs fixing. The tractor has had remote hydraulics in the past, i see hose couplings that have been plugged in valve under seat. I picked tractor up at a sale, so i dont know a lot about it. I have had experience with the Ford 1000 series but nothing on the 10 series. This tractor is going to be my second tractor for the farm and need to install double remotes, they dont have to be oem but I like for everything to be in place and out of the way. The tractor seems to be sound and runs out very good. This tractor has the hard lines that run to a cooler mounted in front of the radiator. Finding out Ford made changes from the 1000 to the 10 series. Dealer says i will need a adaptor plate to go under valve under seat. I have seen a 5610 from the past, somewhere ,that had lines run from valve under seat to double remotes and then return back to plug on top of rear end housing but dont remember where i seen it. Sorry for the long post, but trying to give as much info. as possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you again.

:welcome:

The x610 series were very good tractors.

I don't know the answer to your hydraulic question, but there are some real experts on here. Some should be along shortly.

a question similar to this came up on another forum recently.

plenty of discussion on CCLS or OC remotes.

I didn't follow the rest of the post.. but while there is a PB plate for OC hyds.. I believe someone mentioned one for CCLS as well.

post a pic of your hyd top cover

Thanks guys for picking up my post. The post above is the valve under seat, sorry it took awhile i have been busy. I have other photos if needed. Somewhere i have seen valves getting pressure from control valve and a return back to sump on a 5610 just cannot remember where. I need someone with more experience to help on this one. Thanks

You should direct everyone to a single thread on this topic. Having 3 separate threads here and one on another site will lead to nothing but confusion.
