I have a 1994 Ford 575D TLB. Doing some work on the cooling system and need a replacement fan shroud. The original part is E7NN8146EB for a 17-1/2" diameter fan. The part is discontinued and I cannot find an aftermarket replacement.

I'm wondering if there is a shroud available for any AG tractors with the Ford 4cyl diesel engine that might use the same shroud? Or a shroud I could use with slight modification? The nearest NH dealership was zero help. "Nope, not available sorry"...

When I needed a new shroud for my Case 1550 dozer, my dealer tried searching other models and types of equipment for something that would work without any luck.

Machinery Trader has listings at the back of their magazine for Salvage yards. I called several until I found a place in Florida that had one. It cost me over a grand for the shroud and fan.

You try their website, www.machinerytrader.com or look for their free magazines in front of a gas station. Where I live, their are several different metal boxes outside the store that contains the for sale type magazines.

Yeah, I have bought used parts from Machinery Trader in the past. No luck so far finding this shroud. It is very flimsy plastic, and serms rather perishible, so maybe it's not a part that survives.

I'll try the salvage yard angle as well. But usually if someone is dismantling a machine, the parts show up on the machinery trader website.
