Mine is the 6 cylinder diesel but at that price it is worth trying. The only catch will be getting the pump out and then find it is the wrong seal

Yes, it is for the 6000 Commander from the 60's. Attached is the parts picture and part of the parts list. Hopefully your bearing is alright as that is not available through New Holland.

Just an update for anyone interested in the FORD 6000. Yes the bearing was completely shot so just getting a seal would not help. Having searched everywhere without finding a replacement water pump or a kit, I finally found a small company in Melbourne (named Auto Surplus) that rebuild the existing pump. They had trouble getting new bearings for it due to the unusual length but somehow, they found or adapted something.

All this for just $A220 which was a bargain
