Ford 655c Backhoe Brake Adjustment

hello people,

i just got a ford 655c backhoe, only problem so far is NO BRAKES.... I need to either adjust or repair... Please anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance...

Looks like the same brakes as used on the ag tractors of the era. Look on the front side of each axle housing. You should see the linkage from the pedals connect to threaded rods, one for each brake. Should be and adjustment nut with a jam nut on each. Should take a 11/16 wrench to adjust it.
