Can someone tell me the actual differences between these two loaders?

Are they physically the same size?

Does the 7108 have larger bore cylinders?

My brother bought a Ford 1510 that has a 7108 loader on it, and the loader operates very slowly, like the flow rate of the hydraulics is incompatible with that loader or something...

I know that tractor is supposed to have a 770 A or B loader, but not sure if the 7108 loader on that 1510 is slow due to the loader model itself not being compatible with a 1510, or there is some other problem with the hydraulics.

I'm wondering if a 7106 would operate differently on that same tractor due to less oil volume required to run the loader.

I always seem to ask the hard questions... :ashamed:

A 7106 is too small & light for a 1510.
You won't find factory made brackets to match a 7106 to a 1510.
A 7106 will move faster, and lift and curl less than a 7108 given an oil supply of equal volume and pressure.

Thanks,

So basically a 7106 is for 1120-1220 only?
