Greetings. New member with first post. Tried the search function and couldn't find an answer. Have a Ford 1210 compact tractor with a 768A front-end loader and a Mott Hammer Knife mower. The loader control valve is leaking pretty good around the quick-connect fittings. Does anyone know what size o-rings these fittings take? Also would love to find the owners manual for the loader. Appreciate any info anybody can share.

Thanks!
Bob

Bob, welcome to TBN. I may have an operator's manual. As far as the orings, that depends on whether the couplers are still original, but it is easier to remove one and size it up.

MIGHT hit the CNH parts site IF the connectors are OEM.

I believe the connectors are original. Don't know for sure as the tractor came with the property. Let me know if you find a manual. Thanks TractorTech.

Thanks Soundguy, I will check the Case New Holland site out.

The quick connector fittings are most likely not NH but made by someone else (Parker, Eaton, etc.) look at them for markings. I have not heard of rebuilding QC as most people just replace them.

Bob, they are probably Pioneer 4010-3, 3/8" couplers and will indicate such on them. The oring for that coupler is a Ford/Case/New Holland part # 122057 which is 90 Duro, .737" ID x .103" Thick in oringland. Tisco is 218-OR and 906-10. Even if they aren't Pioneer, but are 3/8" couplers, chances are this oring will work.
Another designation for the same is Aerospace Standard AS-568 dash number for o-rings is -116.
Anyway, if you go to a dealer, you can get the New Holland number or equivalent. If you go to an hydraulic shop and maybe an auto parts store, then the number is the dash number.
I do not have the 768 manual by the way.
