A friend of mine has a Ford 7700. He just purchsed the tractor about a week ago. I personaly have not seen it. He says it runs good, but something he didn't check out was the PTO. He has a problem with it running all the time. He says it will slow down, but, it will not completely disengage. Any ideas why it will not shut off. I did suggest checking oil pressure thinking it could be a pump issue. Not sure what else it could be though. Any help / ideas would be greatly appreciated.
