Ford 7710, Clutch will not disengage

My Ford 7710's clutch will not disengage. I have tried adjusting the linkage and no luck. This tractor was in a bad fire back in October, the cab burned. The clutch has been working, but a couple of times it acted like something was sticking, then it would start working. None of the linkage is sticking or bent. I would like to know am I missing something or, am I just going to have to replace the clutch.

Clutch stuck,linkage loose or possible broken PP bolt.

THE DISC MAY BE FROZEN TO FLYWHEEL AS WELL
