I hooked up my 5 yard dirt pan and started loading dirt yesterday. I was having issues with the hydraulics not working properly (dirt pan wouldn't go all the way up to dump dirt and gate wouldnt close) so I cut tractor off and reinserted the hoses. Everything started working at that point. Finally, I made a few more rounds then I noticed a massive oil leak. I Turned tractor off and I saw oil was coming out of the dipstick I checked hydraulic fluid and it was low, power steering pump fluid was full, Coolant was a 1/4 gallon low.

I opened the drain plug on crankcase and oil/whatever poured out. It was very thin. I don't think its diesel but i could be wrong. I am thinking I have a hydraulic fluid leak coming from the hydraulic pump on left side of engine (I have 2 pumps).

What do y'all think?

Probably so. Does the tractor have Load Monitor, and if so are you trying to use the L M connections for the pan?

Does the tractor have Load Monitor? I am not sure.
I have 4 remotes on the left and 4 remotes on the right? I think I have a different type of connection in the middle but I hooked the pan up to the 4 remotes on the left

so the pump on the left rear of engine will leak hydraulic fluid into engine oil?

It certainly can. And the root cause can be something other than the pump itself. As in a problem within the priority pack or long term operation of the system in high pressure standby where all the pump flow is forced over the relief valve at relief pressure.

You need the factory service manual or somebody that KNOWS that two pump Ford hydraulic system. It is far too complex to explain and discuss here.

Hmmm, I wonder if I still have that 7710 service manual for the Ford 7710 that I had...
Finding it since we emptied the house for a remodel
might be a challenge.

Ford factory manuals are like that. You need to sort through them and figure out what applies to your model. Fortunately, the two pump hybrid system uses the same components across all 4 cylinder models is was used on, and similar components on all models of a given age.
