Not sure how to remove the radio since I don't know your tractor model well enough but usually you remove the trim piece that surrounds the radio and then you might need special key tools to remove the specific brand or just start removing screws that hold the bracket in. As long as the tractor has 12 volt ( which I believe yours does) you can replace with any 12 volt car radio.
