what is a fair price for a ford 1957 800 with live PTO double clutch no power stearing but excellent engine and tin

A friend bought one, older than '57, but real good tin, with 5spd, live PTO, newer tires, no power steering for $3200. It has the 1 1/8" PTO that he plans to change to 1 3/8'
