Ford 9N PTO has flat belt gearbox attached, how do I remove it?

When I got this tractor it has a gearbox with a flat belt pulley attached to it. I removed the bolts but it appears something else is holding it to the PTO shaft. Is there something else which needs to be removed to take the pulley assembly off?
