Ford CL 25 skid steer

The city is taking sealed bids on an old CL 25 and I'm considering putting in a bid. I looked at it today and it is in over all good condition and has obviously been maintained, unknown hours and exact year but they were produced between 1983-1986. Not really sure what I need with such a small machine but if I can get it right, I'd find something to do with it.

Anyone have any experience with this model and idea of a average price?

Scrap is only $0.09 LB locally so that's a real problem by the time I consider labor and transportation to the scrap yard. I'm thinking a $200.00 bid will put me in the black.

Any one else care to opine?
