Ford Dearborn Disc Harrow

I am going to look at a 6.5' Ford Dearborn disc harrow that's for sale on craigslist for $800.
The seller says that it is in good condition.
It has notched discs in the front and smooth on the rear.
If it is in fact in good condition does the asking price sound about right for this harrow?
Is there anything in particular that I should be looking for when I check it out.
I don't have a lot of experience with harrows and any advice would be appreciated.

Upside: It is likely to have 20", 22" or 24" diameter pans, and therefore be heavy and effective. It will be box frame construction.

Price: You can buy a new Disc Harrow with 18" diameter pans for about $1,000, new with 22" pans for about $1,400.

Raise the tractor mounted Disc Harrow in the air. Spin each pan. Good spin, good bearings. Ring each pan with a tool. All pans ring like bells; good and tight. Ring flat; loose pans. Axle bolts need to be tightened if not rusted immobile. If several pans ring flat on a gang, pans, axle or pans and axle may need replacement.

Measure pans with a tape. Worn pans?

Check to see if gang angles can still be adjusted by loosening pairs of center clamp plates. Owner will show you how.

If you will have to work on the Disc it should be discounted to $300 or less.
