Ford diesel won't move

.I replaced the seal in the power steering pump. Now the steering works well but tractor won't move, bucket won't respond. Hydraulic fluid was low.

We need more. Hydrostatic drive?

Is the steering pump connected to main hydraulic pump? If yes I would suspect either air leak or air lock on the hydraulic system pump.

Like Mike states more information is required to provide any good answers.
