Lot more to that story than the video shows.

How did the shredded pieces get ahead of the truck?

Must have been travelling at a very high rate of speed, maybe texting? Bob

I Googled it some more. Man, news sites are the worst for clutter and advertising! Just seems the driver swerved for unknown reasons, striking the grader.

All that they say is that he was travelling at a "high speed' and swerved into the grader. It could have been a suicide, I couldn't find any updates.

That would not be my first target for suicide. Who would imagine that level of carnage? Maybe his wife ran off with a grader operator? One can speculate all day long.

When Googling it, I did find a report of three killed in a vehicle hitting a grader!

Quite the mess, isn't it? My guess is the truck spun multiple times after impact, slinging parts every which way, including 'slingshotting' them ahead of the chassis.

What a shame... yet once again, proves that loved ones can be lost in a blink of an eye. Be safe out there.

Good explanation Greg, I hadn't thought of that.

Lost a Son in an auto accident several years ago. There's no warning.
