Buying Advice Ford/New Holland 1215

I am new to tractor ownership, and just need some advice. I have a 6 acre property, with about 3 acres worth of a field on the backside. I am in need of a tractor to bush hog, and maybe till some very small areas for a garden. Other uses may be to scrape driveways, pull off some dead trees, (not too large), etc. I have a guy I know well who is selling his Ford 1215, with a 5' bush hog for $3,500. The hours are good, it's in good shape, and the price seems right. My question is, will the 16 hp be enough? The size is good to maneuver in my wooded areas, but will the hp be an issue? Any feedback would be appreciated.
