Price Check Ford/NH 1710 price check

Can you guide me on fair price for very nice
1989 Ford 1710 4WD, 889 hours, with FEL, Bucket and Woods Bush hog flail mower? He's asking $10,500. Is this too much?

Prices on used tractors vary a lot depending on area. Where I live here in Nevada that would be a very good price. I too have a 1710 and its a good tractor, if its in as good a condition as you say you will like it.
