Price Check Ford/NH 5900 Price help

Can anyone help me with a fair value price for a 1988 F/NH 5900 with front end loader. The tractor is in really good condition. My father used it for hay and general farming and was never abused. It has been well maintained and was regularly serviced. My dad past away 3 years ago and my mother has decided to sell the equipment. She was offered $8000 by a neighbor. Is this fair? We live in NE Texas. Are there any websites that I can check out for used values so that she is not ripped off. Any help would be greatly appreciated

That is a fair price. Average auction prices on that machine are $6600 and the high auction price is $11300. You might be able to get a few more dollars out of it if it is as nice as you say.
