Ford tractor leaking coolant (pics)

I have a 1710 Ford with only 550 hrs on it and I noticed green coolant leaking out at a pretty good rate today. I ran it for about 3 hrs and hopefully caught the leak in time before it caused any other damage. Engine temp was normal. Anyway can you guys tell me what parts I need to replace? Is it just a seal? Thanks

i can't even see the leak. have you checked core plugs, block plugs/petcocks and bypass hoses/drains.

The fluid was spewing out of the connection just below the silver thing in the first pic. Exactly where the bottom of the silver thing connects to the thing below it. Sorry I don't know what either on of those parts are. You can see where it's still wet with green fluid.

i'm not familiar with your new tractor.. but the silver thing looks like a hyd pump to me.

i can't pull up the exploded diagrams from the NH parts site on my phone.. but I suggest you go there and pull up the engine exterior details and exploded diagram... see whats behind that area on the block.

that or wait till rickb wanders in and tells you.

Looks like two leaks to me, the silver thing is the hydraulic pump, the blue thing under it is the valve feeding the power steering, looks like the o-rings are way past due for changing (see pic below)
If you're really seeing antifreeze, I'm betting the bypass hose off the water pump is leaking, it's right above and behind the pump. I'd do a good degrease of the whole engine side and front and see what is going on.
If the waterpump and hoses haven't been changed, I'd at least do all three hoses, that waterpump best I remember was about hundred dollars

Thanks very much I'll clean it up real well and take a few more pics. Hopefully I just need to replace those o-rings? Is this something a person with moderate mechanical skills can do alone? I can change the piston on a two stroke dirt-bike and fix minor issues with my car. I definitely saw some green fluid coming out but it also seemed a little greasy or slippery so maybe it was mixed with hydraulic fluid? Like you said might be two different leaks.

So after some research I think the problem might be fixed by replacing seal #5 and #6 in the priority flow valve like joe recomended. Thanks.

Ok so is this a pretty simple repair? Easy as taking it apart and replacing the o-rings then adding some hydraulic fluid when i'm done? Thanks for the help guys.

Are you sure of even what type of fluid you're leaking? It looks like it would be hydraulic fluid but it may something behind and above and running down masking it as another leak. If its coolant I'd be looking at that rubber hose that tracks behind that pump and goes towards the radiator along the frame.
