Ford year out of business?

I had a 4N and loved it. I did not know that Ford was making tractors past the 60's. What year did they stop or did they just sell to someone else.

I do not know what year but at some point they sold out to New Holland which had been purchased by Fiat. Fiat still owns CNH or Case/New Holland. The Ford name was allowed to be used after the purchase for a number of years.
