Is it through to front oil seal on the crankshaft?
Does the motor run ok otherwise?

It should be a two cylinder, but yes, we need more info.

Welcome to TBN. "front of engine" could mean a half dozen different places and it's anybody's guess where along with some idea of quantity and happening when running vs off, happening more when running warmed up etc. We will need more info to try to assist. Pics would be helpful

Blow by tube could be stopped up from dirt dobbers or mice. The oil pressure in crankcase has to go somewhere. If it can't go out the tube, it finds another place.
