rear end oil level makes -0- difference to your hydraulic fluid level.
this machine has a rear end sump, a hyd sump, and a tranny sump. hyd fill up is under your left thigh, and dipstick is on the lower left side in a round cover... rear end fill up is under your right butte cheek and there is a level check pipe plug on the back, top side of the left rear axle trumpet.
have you burped the pump.. ie.. pulled the inverted hex plug out of the head on the top side? can also pull the plug from the option cover under the right front of the seat.
if you get oil there and no 3pt, then could be a sticky unloading valve, or a badly worn cam follower pin.. or both.
hows the oil? dirty oil is bad and can cause valve sticking problems.
post back.
by the way.. you really should get a service and owners manual for your machine... plus a parts manual. the owners manual has good info.. like where the hydro fluid goes... and the service manual.. even the cheap I&T ones at least give you basic troubleshooting steps.. and the parts manual is good for exploded diagrams.
