So, I finally figured out what was filling up the crankcase; it ended up being the shaft seal on the hydraulic pump. Got a new seal from Tommy and pulled the pump, the seal was definitely blown. The FEL had started acting funny a couple of months ago also (once reaching full extension starting to stall out the motor, running slow, same with steering), figured after reading about the quick disconnects (QD for newbies reading this and wondering what the heck it stood for) that they were suspect. So while the system was open I disconnected most of them and pulled the guts out, I'll never pull this loader off anyway. Put it all back together (had to make a new gasket between the pump and where it mates up to the motor), and started it up... and no hydraulics. Tried priming it by using compressed air, disconnected the discharge hose and wasn't getting much if any output! After verifying I had enough oil in the sum and it was getting to the pump. Also noticed that the pump was getting really hot! Shut it all down, let it cool off, pulled the pump and checked it out, nothing appeared damaged. I pulled the pump apart, and realized how simple a pump it was, and also figured out at that point that I'd put the outlet plate on backwards! I'm a little surprised, you'd think they'd offset the pins or do something to not let you put it on backwards, but they don't. Put it back together correctly, hooked everything up, and immediately had full hydraulics again.
