Oil & Fuel Foton fuel filter CX7065 cross

Does anyone have a cross for a Foton CX7065 Fuel Filter for a FT404.

Check to see if yours is metric. I use the carquest 86472 it has a water drain.
Does yours have the metric oil filter ? If so remove the nipple from the holder and have it machined to 3/4 so you can use cheaper oil filters. You can use the wix51515 which is 1/4 the price of the OEM metric filter.
Be sure to keep thick oil like 20w50 in the power steering. They dont steer well on ATF or powersteering fluid.

You mentioned oil for the power steering...I have the Foton 404 as well. Do I fill this where it says "Oil" on the left side of the engine? I thought it just meant "fluid". I never heard of using oil for this, but have never used anything in it yet anyway.

Not Randy but I would use a good hyd non foaming fluid same as what is in the hyd sys, but dont see a problem using the 10w40, 20w40 or AW46 if you are having trouble with the hyd steering. I get my hyd oil at my local NAPA. I changed out all fluids after about 8 or 10 hrs, had to flush the radiator 5 or 6 times to get all the rust out. I have about 50 hrs on it now.

Thank you for the info. I have changed some fluids (radiator was really bad on mine as well), but not all. Need to do that soon.
