Found the radio bracket and fuse, cat 2 to 1 bushings,

A U SHAPED 1/2" HYD LINE WITH TWO DIFFERENT SIZE FITTINGS ON THE ENDS about 3 inches by 4 inches

looks like bypass for something?

The U shaped thing is because you have a loader on and the hyd lines are hooked up. Remove the loader and lines and you have to put the U shaped thing on or pump fluid all over. You'll never use it but it's nice to have. The cat II to I bushings are needed because the link ends are cat II. It's a courtesy gift from Kubota. Classy company.

The radio bracket adapter is because of the size of radio you have. For a different radio you might need it. You never will and it will rust out before you ever need it. Toss it or toss in junk drawer.
