Fransgard V-4000 winch on TC 33D?

I have the opportunity to get a used Fransgard V-4000 logging winch (8800# pull) for a decent price. Is this too much winch for a NH TC 33D?

I won't be using it to make a living, just some light logging in my own woods and for my neighbors.

How much does it weigh? If the price is right & you can lift it, I say go for it. You'll know when you try to drag too big a log - your tractor will move instead...

It weighs about 550#, so lifting it is not a problem, and I've still got some capacity left for lifting the logs. I'm actually more concerned with damaging the 3 point hitch.
