Branson 47F series cab
Hi
Can anyone advise me how and where to fit a free flow return valve to the rear hydraulics on my F Series 47hp 2019 Branson?

I want to attach a hydraulic post knocker to the back that has spool valves to control it.

Thanks
Michael

Most just run the return line int the fill port, there is no "valve" required for this.

I don't have an F series so these are just general ideas.
Is your fill port accessible and how is it mounted or caped?
Adapt it for a return line.

Otherwise some were in the transmission case should be an unused plug that could be pulled and a return port added.

The last would be to remove your existing return line and put a tee in and use that.

And just a general comment on a post driver, we put ours on the front end loader.
It is much easier to get the loader into fence lines then to get the rear end far enough back on existing fences.
Also when the fence is on a steep hillside the loader allows us to come in at an angle and still reach in were needed.

Good Luck.

I did check my tractor and haven't found an obvious unused plug for that other than the fill or dip stick ports. There is a plug hidden behind the right rock-shaft arm but I'm pretty sure that's the safety relief valve.

Took a couple pictures for others to see how it's setup:
