Freedom Hitch

Midwest Industries once made a 3 point quick hitch called Freedom Hitch. Unfortunately they have stopped making them.

I would like to pick up a couple of extra cat 1 "implement" pieces. Has anyone seen any for sale or have some laying around that they are not using?

Not quite. There were 3-4 products I am aware of like this: Freedom Hitch, Delta Hook, Bubco product and Jiffy Hitch. This will link to page showing some of these products.

We have those on about 3/4s of "our" attatchments. I will check with the buddy of ours that bought them and see if he still has a source. I have mentioned before they are the fastest easiest hook ups you have ever done. if your switching implements from a ford ag, JD 5305 utility, and a kubota. its a box blade, disc hares, or something with out a pto, you can be done in seconds, without leaving the seat. The only time they come off the tractors is Hole Diggers, or the old old beater JD bushhog. ( PTO shaft is too short).

There is a hitch mfg in Jacksonville, Fl. Jiffy Hitch, Farm Tractors, Parts, Equipment, Tools and Hitch Systems. Jacksonville, FL. that is a lot like the Freedom Hitch I think!

I have 3 Freedom hitch pieces I can sell you that I am not using. 2 are the implement side and 1 is the tractor side. They came with the tractor and are like new. I am in Nevada.

I just sold mine, had no idea what it was called but it was aggravating and heavy and doesn't let you lift implements as high. Had 3 for the equipment side and 1 for the tractor. Sold it all for $280.

I bought a pair at an auction around 12 years ago and had a machine shop build five of the implement side pieces. Very handy when switching implements.

Looks complex, was probably superseded by simpler "quick hitch"....

Hello, first post here but I have lurked for quite a while.

I have had this hitch for 15 years and it is handy. I am looking for 2-3 of the implement side pieces for the Cat1 size. If anyone knows of some please let me know.

I have one Tractor side from Freedom hitch used on an L 3010 Kubota tractor now used on an L 5460 Kubota tractor
I have four implement side Freedom hitches used in good condition
Have never understood why freedom hitch went out of business probably one of the best made implements in my opinion for Tractor
I’ve upgraded tractors but the hitches never went with the old tractors never found anything comparable to the ease and quality
Due to my age/medical condition need something with quick attach PTO shaft which I found in a different country but they are very expensive
Im tests in the waters about selling the freedom hitches to purchase the newer design
