Been a while guys but then when things go smoothly we don't need help.
Well here goes I have a 265 massey with a Frey front loader model 7510 serial #134148. I've looked on line for a manual on the loader and found nothing. Around two years ago while working I had a hydraulic line blow from the tractor up to the loader control arms. I replaced the line making sure it was the right size bled air from lines several times. But still wasn't getting lift as before some where close but I needed to really rev up the tractor to get any lift and with load almost none. Backing up after I put on the new line I noticed a loud pop on the left side of the tractor where the hydraulic lines come out. I don't know if this is a booster pump for the hydraulics or what but there are two inlet and two return lines on this box. I took the tractor to a repair shop they thought the main pump was bad took it to a hydraulic repair shop who said the pump was in good shape and the relief valves were replaced at this time. Prior to them working on the tractor the three point hitch would not stay at a constant level but after there work that problem was corrected. However the front loader is now worse than when I took it there. The business closed so now I'm stuck back where i was. I can move the lift a small amount by revving the tractor way up and playing with the control arms. Oh the two handles on the right side just below the seat which control the three point lift and down pressure were wired back so the lift would work. Long description but there you go. Now I'm wondering if the problem was in the lift control for the loader because as I said if I play with the handles I feel see the lines move like there's pressure on the hydraulic back to the tractor but nothing on the lines for the bucket and sporadic movement to lift. I put out $3400.00 bad bucks for this crap work. So any advice would be appreciated.
