Front blade for 2210

Plowing snow with the MMM on would not be beneficial to the life of the seals and bearings. I don't even want to get mine wet if I don't have to. The freeze and thaw can't be good on any part of the deck. I have friends that store the CUT w/MMM outside in the summer and they don't get good life out of the bearings. Take it off if possible.

Thanks for the feedback, but I am needing input on the desirability of this blade, not on whether to keep the mower on when plowing snow. I realize it's best to take it off. However, I don't want to have to remove the mower to use the blade, for example, to move a little dirt. Nor do I want to have to remove the blade to use the mower if I am multi-tasking, say, in the spring or fall. The JD blade configuration allows one or the other to be on the tractor, not both. Any thoughts on the blade or Michigan Iron & Implement Co.? Thanks!
