Front End Loader for Chinese Tractor

Hello and good day

I have a Luzhong 254.
Was wondering if possible to purchase a new front end loader
that would fit this little tractor.
The old one is just too difficult to find parts that fit. (mainly hydraulic hoses)

He could probably tell you what loader bracket would fit. The jinma and foton Tractors are are very similar.

Before I dropped $3-$4000 on a new loader, I would REALLY TRY HARD to find the correct hose ( or I suspect correct hydraulic fitting being the main issue). Is the issue with fittings? Check with someone like British (BSP) and Metric Fittings first. Pins, valves , hydraulic seals and hard lines should be able to be easily sourced and even complete cylinder replacement would be MUCH cheaper that a new FEL.

Yes you are probably right.
The banjo type hose fittings are okay, but can't find here. Nor the seals that go with them.
Maybe I just need a new controller with common threads.
Then I could just buy pre-made hoses at the local parts shop.

If your valve is the problem you can find a joystick valve to replace it at surplus center for about 250. The cylinders can have another fitting welded on. Much cheaper than a new loader.

I have a shop near me that makes hoses on the spot. Bring in your old one and walk out with a new one. Try going to the town highway department and ask where they get their hoses replaced.

Farm Boys carries some of the banjo style hoses.

It may also be possible to carefully cut the banjo fitting itself off and have a local hydraulics shop add it to a new hose.
Just make sure and bring the old (bad ) hose to the shop with you.
