front end loader vs trading tractor

/ front end loader vs trading tractor #11
I think you need to rethink your tractor size, thats a lot of land to manage with such small power?

Not only that, but $4K is a lot of money to bolt onto an old B7200. Major lost capital when it comes time to sell or trade, probably $2500 worth at least. A loader on a manual steer tractor is not only hard on the operator, it is hard on the steering box as well.

I'd much rather have a loader on a gear drive tractor with power steering than a loader on a manual steer tractor with any transmission option. If you don't like the thought of a gear drive tractor, keep looking.

now I'm thinking I should buy used tractor-something around 25 hp. with a front end loader. What would my 7200hst with mmm be worth? Appreciate the responses.
