I took a receiver hitch I had for a ford truck. I cut that down so that my winch would mount on it. I took a piece of 2 inch thick wall tubing long enough to fit through the winch mount into the reciever hitch of whatever vehicle I am going to use it on. I drilled the holes for hitch pins in two places one for the vehicle it is going on and one for the actual reciever mount that my winch is mounted on. I welded a piece of plate for a trailer ball on the end of the 2 inch tubing. I can now use that winch on any vehicle or any end that has a reciever hitch tube. You could do something like that and get a bolt on reciever tube for both ends of your tractor. I use mine on the back of my truck and then hook up my 16 foot trailer to it. I use it to drag cars or whatever up on the trailer and then I can take them wherever I need to. If one of my friends need to use it then all he has to do is put it into the reciever hitch on his vehicle. For power I just use a spare battery A charged up battery has plenty of power to get you unstuck.
