Erskine sells front mount snowblowers that connect to your loader. They are powered by a pto driven pump/reservoir assembly. We have sold several on 4000 and 5000 series and they work very well, although they are not cheap. Check out at erskineattachments.com .

Snowing here at the moment. Probably have 5-6 inches to plow in the next hour or two. If you're interested; I can meet you at the airport with the keys to my tractor...

I'll do your chores for the next couple of months and you can do mine! (I have a rear blower. Also a good chiropractor on speed dial.)

So jealous of your snow... We're moving north into Colorado partly because I miss snow, and partly because I HATE New Mexico... If we move again, I think Idaho, and AK sometimes sounds appealing too... :) How much snow does Kasilof get in a normal winter? Oh, looks to be right on the ocean... Probably decent weather, for Alaska... :)

That Erskine snow blower looks a lot like what's in the Yanmar pics... Good for tractors that don't have a mid-PTO, and probably a bit more versatile when mounted to the loader arms instead of a front frame. Wonder what kind of GPM you need to run something like that...

Wow, the PTO blowers aren't mid-drive, they have a drop box from the rear... Interesting and simple hook-up in the video!!

Why do I not see a SSQA (or other QA) blower that has it's own engine? I've seen big ones on front end loaders, but a smaller version would be great for a CUT. Cheaper than hydraulic, and more convenient than a sub-frame mounted PTO blower, aside from maintenance on the gas motor... ???

Another product idea for my engineering business?? :)

Not sure if it would be cheaper if manufacturing new. My guess is that skid steers with that much lifting capacity probably already have enough flow to use a hydraulic motor which would be cheaper than a gas engine and much cheaper than a diesel. Also lighter and take up less space.

For CUTs, a 60" blower would probably need at least a 25hp gas engine which aren't all that cheap if buying new and may not be much if any cheaper than a hydraulic motor and PTO pump.

This may be more tractor than you want, but have you checked the New Holland model with the dual controls. Used to see them quite often around here for snow clearing with a large bucket on one end and 8' - 10' dual auger blower on the other.
I have seen JD 3xxx & 4xxx series with front blowers around here. Over the last few years there has been a switch here for parking lot / mall snow clearing. Every year the local JD store brings in about 30 or more new 6000 / 7000 series and fits them with Horst Snow Pushers with hydraulic wings. Come spring they take off the pushers and sell the tractors.

can i ask what you are clearing with the blower?

maybe a rear pull would work- -like a front blower you drive forward and have better visibility- i prefer mine to the front mount i had on my previous tractor

what they aren't great for is deep drifted snow

a plus is that they are much less $ than a front mount for a 5000 or 6000

I have a 2011 JD 2520 with Curtis Cab and front mount 54" blower and it works pretty good, just would like a factory cab. I am looking to upgrade to much larger tractor to use on a Woods RDX 90" finish mower. Does Deere offer a front mount snowblower for their 5000 and 6000 series utility tractors (not necessarily new tractors, would like to find a used one 15-20 yrs old)? If so, it is designed like the smaller ones with a front quick hitch? Any pics of front mount snowblower on a larger tractor would be great! Also would consider a Kubota if Deere does not offer this configuration. Thanks is advance!
