not telling you what to do but consider a dozer blade,
a good blade will have a under carriage that will go back and mount to the draw bar, or rear axels, so one can push with it and not put all that strain on the frame and transmission of the tractor, tractors were meant to pull not push, so by the under carriage one is pulling the blade, or putting the stress on the tractor as if it is pulling, (even if it is in front of the machine)
then some type of lift and front sway supports, most have a sub frame (some what like a back hoe) and then a front section that lifts and possibly tilt the blade, see pictures.
