Tires Front tires for 4WD

You will really like the Bridgestone tires. That used to be all we sold until our Bridgestone distributor was out of them for a few months. We decided to try the MIT tires - they were just $7 cheaper as Danny said. Then, a few weeks ago the Bridgestone tires came back in but the new cost is more that what we sold them for a month ago! I'm not sure if Danny's Bridgestone supplier is doing the same thing but I was told it was a corporate Firestone increase. Better stock up Danny :).

The MIT tires are fine. They look a little more "plasticky" than the Bridgestones & the tread is not quite as deep but they are ok. I doubt either would have stayed up after hitting the stick. If you can still get the Bridgestone for the same price as the MIT & would do it. If the Bridgestone are going to go up $40ea then I would really take a look at the MIT. They are fine for normal use.

Just my opinion,
Aaron

Yes, I have been told by my tire guy that they are going up more than what I sell them for now. I only have a dozen or so at the old price.

IMO, the Bridgestone's could be 5x the cost of the MIT's and they'd still be a relative bargain. The rubber compound wears MUCH better on the Bridgestones, and I've never seen one bulge and rupture when new.... the MIT's are another story.
