Frontier PHD 200 Oil/Manual

I purchased a used PHD 200 and was wondering if someone could point me to the owners manual. I looked but am coming up empty.

I pulled the the oil plug and see no oil, just a round metal plate or something. Anyone have any advise on how much and what kind of oil to put in?
