Gents, is there supposed to be a gasket in the fuel cap? If so my YM 2000's doesn't have it and as a result I am getting overspill. But if there's no gasket there to begin with what else could be the cause for the constant fuel spill?
I am also in need of a couple of the headlight harness pieces that hold the bulbs into place on one end and at the other end connect to the tractor harness via a 3 wire plug. Local dealer wants to sell me the whole headlight assembly, which I don’t need so what’s the best source for such piece parts?
I was able to purchase a box blade last week and perform some badly needed road work at the property. It took me a while to master the task but the drive now looks/feels 100% better. This is my first time at using a tractor and I must say it was more physically hard than I expected but it was also a fulfilling process
See, my drive is rather long, I'd say 300 yards, and badly sloped (down right dangerous at certain spots) so keeping my head turned backward for hours on end did take its toll on the neck/shoulder muscles. I figured out you dig forward and smooth out in reverse, unless there's a better way....
If now I can figure out how to use the scoop effectively I can order a few truckloads of gravel to cover the drive. But that’s for another weekend...
Thanks,
gcp
