My experience with the 3520 which is 91.5 cu. in. is a bit less than .4 gal/hr at 200 hours. Half of those hours where at PTO rpms under load when chipping brush, and the rest are backhoe (2000 rpms) and loader work, pushing snow etc. averageing around 1500-1800 rpms. I would be pretty discouraged at 1 gallon per hour. 3520 specs are 2.6 gal/hour. I also have a foot throttle which lets me run lower rpms when doing most work, only kicking up the throttle before getting into a pile etc. I think that must contribute a lot to the better mileage.
