I bought a TC5 a month ago and the seller said he never closed the manual fuel shutoff valve. I ran machine for a couple hours and the next time I went to operate it the engine would not turn over and I found out the crankcase was full of fuel from the tank draining through the right side cylinder. I drained the crankcase and used the manual shutoff valve and now it seems that too much fuel is still getting into the crankcase. Checking oil level is hard to see but seems way too full and clean. Is the electric shutoff valve also a metering device. Any help is appreciated. tks, Gary
