Oil & Fuel Fuel Filter M1500D

Hi:
I am having trouble finding the correct fuel filter for my Yanmar M1500D. The filters I find for it are just a tad too tall. The numbers I was given by the guy I bought it from call for one of the following filters:

(Wix 33262) Too Tall

(Ballwin PF937) cross refrences to the Wix 33262

(New Holland 100366) Which I haven't been able to find in my area.

Is it possible mine has been in the tractor so long under pressure it has shrunken a little bit? And the Wix will fit it? Needing some help here. Thank you.....Wes

Is the Wix 33262 really too tall or just taller than the one you have? Only you and your tape measure can tell that.
