Pretty simple questions? On the bottom of these filters there are blue plastic plugs one intact one broke off. What is their purpose.
I'm use to regular spinoffs how do these change?

Water seperator drain plug - remove to drain any water from the bottom of the filter housing. Also could be for use with a water-in-fuel sensor if equipment has it. Some filters use a knob-type plug here to make it easier to do by hand - Baldwin filters offer many of these.

To change the filters you remove the bolt on top center of each filter. Once you change them you'll need to bleed the air out. Should be a bleed screw on the top of the filter housing.

Thanks, I got them yesterday saw those bolts. I had not really messed with one like that. I didn't notice a bleed screw I will look at that again for next time. I just bled it the hard way. The fuel shut off on the bottom of tank is a real pleasure to reach!
